Richard M. Nixon was the president of the United States between 1969 and 1974. In the 31st century, he has become a head in a jar and has been the president of Earth since 3000, with a short interruption by the Decapodians in 3003 and another one by Lrrr in 3010. Nixon has himself stated that he has become crazy over the years.
